The admission process for this college is very simple you get admission based on merit. The overall college infrastructure is great, besides classrooms, it has a library, research room, Auditorium, garden, turf, AV room, Gymkhana, etc, the college premises are very good, the library is Fully air-conditioned, the classrooms for SFC courses are aur conditioned not for the aided courses. The teaching staff is good.
I did a Bachelor in management Studies because I wanted to learn more about management and business studies, this college exam was very strict and the difficulty level was medium, Frankly speaking, my friends just cleared the exam with a 9+ GPA with one night studies.
No, I didn't opt for any internship, but the college has a cell called entrepreneurship cell which is quite amazing it conducts various seminars with industrial leaders and entrepreneurs and it teaches us to be the one.
I didn't do any internship or take part in placement cell but the college has a nice opportunity for one who's opting for it, the package is very low from what I've heard which is about 3 lacs P.A. - 5 lacs P.A.
The best thing I liked about this college is its cultural fest, Parallax is the main inter-college fest of the sfc department it's awesome, and it is conducted in January. This college also has fests like Udan from JC, Umang from added courses, retake from Bammc, and many more intra-department fests, the also organize Industrial visits for students which is a kind of trip only I've been to Rajasthan, Amritsar, Dalhousie, dharmshala from college trip and it's great experience.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
