Remarks :
One of the Best science college in the country, NIRF Ranking is 21 latest by 2023 which is phenomenal and the faculties have a very detailed Knowledge about their prescribed courses and most importantly the extra circulim activities
Course Curriculum Overview :
Most of the faculties are from IITs and DU. They have studied very deeply in their own respected field. They are very supportive for us. Exams are usually twice a year semester wise, and the difficulty level is quite decent. yes you get many opportunities for Scholarship
Internships Opportunities :
There is lot of Scholarship either you want to choose in form of Grade system or economically. The college have both. Most of the scholarship are for Economically weaker sections and once you apply for it then after than a committee conduct a interview for your verification and If you are really belonging, then they passed it
Placement Experience :
I don't think that students get jobs here because our college doesn't have placement cell. If you want to enjoy college life and really wants to Increment your knowledge about your course, you should definitely go for it
Campus Life :
From my point of View, infrastructure is quite decent. But personally i didn't like the locality. very unhygienic from outside. Unfortunately our college doesn't have any facilities in type of hostels

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
