- infrastructure of the college is excellent, you get every thing you want from canteen bakery to all the sports facilities.
- the library of college is also the best more than 40000 books are there in the library fulfilling all the needs of students
Dislikes
- the crowd coming should be more filtered , the admission criteria should be raised as the college has a lot of potential but because of some students result are not as desired
- teachers should focus on experiential learning rather than teaching from ppts and that all no practical knowledge is provided where else management is a practical subject itself.
Remarks :
the beautiful infrastructure and the on paper qualities listed of the college made me go for this college , but in reality its different. getting in admission is really easy you need to score above 30 out of 60 in SET exam to get selected for the pi wat round and there also questions are easy and lenient marking is done. I was preparing for scms pune but was not able to clear the interview round. Because of this lenient admission process the crowd in the college is not good or qualified that does not create a healthy studies environment.
Course Curriculum Overview :
i choose this course because i wanted to learn business management since my childhood . and the faculty in the college is highly qualified but they don't know how to teach , they all are great researchers and highly knowledgeable and will clear all your doubts when you meet them in person but in class they don't know how to teach. spoken english is the area of concern for almost all the faculty. exams are conducted twice in a semester and their difficulty level is easy except some subjects. there is a fee hike of upto 10% every year and the cost of study with hostel and mess facility will cost around 670000 annualy.
Internships Opportunities :
this time only i have opted for internships as i has in my first year so i cant tell about the internship experience , but i can tell that our college provide plenty of internship opportunities , in past 2 months more than 10 companies and NGOs have coordinated with our cooperate relation cell ,and there are plenty of opportunities in all the fields with stipend upto 20000 per month.
Placement Experience :
to sit for placement one need an average cpga of 7.5 in all semesters. companies like zomato, club mahindra, capgemini, upgrad, klimb etc. come to the campus for placement. highest package is of 7.5 lakhs and average package is of 4.3 lakhs almost every one sitting for placement gets placed in one or other company i am planning to do MBA after my completion of this degree.
Campus Life :
fests not done regularly except when admission time comes close every college in the university organizes one or two fest that counts to 7-8 fest in the span of 2 months . but events are regularly conducted . collage has a huge library and one will get all the necessary study material there. classroom ppts are also provided and mostly the exams questions come from there only. campus has a good gym, badminton court, basketball and volleyball court too. a futsal ground and a cricket ground too. there are many clubs in the college but none is managed by students themselves . hostel facility is excellent with all rooms air conditioned , 24*7 hot water supply , purified water to drink , big spacious rooms , one cant complain about the hostel, mess food is also good quality, menu is vast and gala dinners are also organized once a month .

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
