My rank in the CLAT counselling allotted to this college and I went with it. The admission process was really easy. I took a 1-year course in law coaching and gave various mocks and tests throughout the prep.
The course curriculum is well formulated and is on par with the standards of top national law universities. The university is well equipped academically and the faculties are highly decorated, some of them pursuing PhD from prestigious universities and some of them have graduated from top national law universities themselves. There are various scholarships which are given to students of various backgrounds. The total fees of the institution are 2 Lakh 84 thousand for one year and 32 thousand is the hostel mess fees, which have to be paid other than the fees.
The internship opportunities provided by the college are at NGOs, district courts and Law libraries. Moreover, if a student opts to find an internship on their own the institution provides all the support they can to facilitate the same.
There is no such placement but the students have secured various PPOs, and the college does provide help if needed in securing internships and placements. Recently some of the students from the pass-out batch secured jobs at Trilegal And Luthra and Luthra law firms.
There are various events which are conducted throughout the year. We just completed our first cultural event "Vivriti" and many academic events this semester. Campus life is not very happening as such because the institution is under construction but the social interaction between the students is really good and you will find everyone very supportive. There are various centres which can be enrolled by a simple induction process. The hostels are very spacious and the rooms are of double occupancy. The food quality is okayish and the menu is not very extensive. The registration process is very simple and the form for the registration is given at the admission desk.
The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown, people are more focused on mental health, thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
