The good thing about this college is its reputation and being ranked as one of the top law schools in India, Secondly, the alumni base of this university is also good which provides good internship and job opportunities. Also, the faculties in this college are top-notch having diverse knowledge of law. The admission process of this college is through the ALL INDIA LAW EXTRANCE TEST given by approximately 20k students and only the top 75 students are being selected. Various coaching are offered to prepare for the tests
I chose this course as I incline social justice and the law has a meaningful impact in providing social justice. This profession requires critical thinking, problem-solving, research skills, and strong communication skills. The faculty in this college are mostly postgraduate in the field of law from top-tier law universities around and the teaching method is majorly empirical. The term exams are held every two months, and in every semester there are 2 term exams and the difficulty level of these exams is quite high. The college offers various scholarships to meritorious and needy students like BR Ambedkar scholarship, and Ram Jethmalani meritorious student scholarships.
I have interned at 4 places till now namely SAM law firm, Trilegal law firm, Wadia Ghandy firm, and SR law Firm. The role was research work on various laws such as PMLA, Code of criminal procedure Code, Goods and Service Act, Companies Act, 2013, and various other state-specific laws. Also, the internship work in the firm involves frequent court visits and preparing daily briefs. The stipend offered was around 8k to 13k.
The placement percentage of this college from the last 10-year average is 92 percent which is quite high for any college, a minimum of 6.5 CGPA is required to get a college placement. The recruiters like SAM, CAM, and TRILEGAL come here in December every year. The last year's highest package which was offered was around 45 lacs and lowest was 10 lacs and the Average package was around 25 lacs. I was not involved in the placement process as I chose to aspire to become a Judge and therefore will give the judiciary exam for the same.
Life at the campus in this university is quite amazing. In one academic year, the college conducts two cultural fest- RIWAYAT and SPRINGVALL and on sport fest by the name of SPORTFUNCOM. The library in this university is very big and consists of all the books, journals, magazines, etc. Also, the class in amenities involves smartboard, AC, etc. The college has one football field and a cricket field. Also, there is one lawn tennis area and a basketball court. I was involved in the sports club named Sportac Club also the college has a business club, sociology club, and criminology club. The hostel life of this university is the best thing but the food quality is not up to the mark as usual in the hostels.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
