- About the college infrastructure I like how it is very nicely structured and embraced in Nature. And even though being far away from city it has so many and frequent travelling options, which make it easy to connect to city place from Campus any time. And also the cultural diversity of Campus, it makes me feel home, even when I'm staying away from home. The Campus life of pretty good, it gives us so much independence, which the young mind needs, and also so many opportunities to showcase our talents and skills.
- The Faculty of college are very qualified and skilled at their respective subjects, that they never fail to explain the subject to the students, in very depth of its matter. Which make it clear to the students to identify their interests and passions. The faculty is very good and disciplined yet friendly they always encourage the Student-faculty interaction, even outside the Classroom.
- I like how well-equipped and full of resources the classrooms and library of FLAME University are.
Dislikes
- The Only thing that I dislike about the college is how much spreaded and big in size it is. We have to walk so much to navigate between the housing and Classroom and food services, and the students are allowed to keep their personal cars and vehicles on Campus only from second year onwards.
Remarks :
To complete the application process for FLAME, I had to pass through 2 rounds. First was the exam round, which is the mental aptitude test, general knowledge questions, and also the Literature studies test, the exam is called FEAT - 'FLAME Entrance aptitude test.' And the second round was the interview round. Which assessed my skills, my confidence, and my basic knowledge about the subject that I want to study. And The reason why I chose this college is because of the brilliance of the college atmosphere that FLAME has, the comfort services and facilities along with the great education system of liberal arts. Also, FLAME University is the Pioneer College of Liberal Education in India. The infrastructure of FLAME attracted me the most. It is good to study there, in such a great climate, that gets created in college, culturally and structurally.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of the FLAME University is very good, it offers a wide variety of courses in many different fields, as it's a liberal arts college. All the courses delve very deep into the matter of the subject. The courses are designed in such a way that not only deliver the knowledge, but encourage students to think in the way that the course demands. The Faculty of the college is very qualified, they are the ones who give life to the subjects, and they do that in a way that it becomes a cakewalk for students to inculcate the subject matter into their daily lives. The fee structure of the college is pretty high, but good and reasonable looking at the range of services, infrastructure, food, and facilities that the college offers to students. Also, College offers scholarships, both Merit-based and need-based to 15% of their intake population, every year, to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I'm doing an internship at two places currently, both the NGOs - The Policy Tank, and ARTS. I'm doing the Work of Graphic Designing and Policymaking. I work there with Stipend. We do works like Rural welfare, awareness Panel discussions for Women empowerment, and bridging the gap between the Government and the Public by creating awareness about the new Policies of government, and the new changes in the world.
Placement Experience :
The Campus placements at FLAME University, are pretty good. Many companies, across different countries recruit students from FLAME. Students can get placed into companies after the Completion of their degree in a third or fourth year depending on the course chosen, after completing their required credits. Companies like MG, and Morgan's Motors, come to Campus to offer recruitment. The average package is 29LPA. My plans after getting my degree are to get Campus placements in a good firm and be an economist. Either abroad, or in India.
Campus Life :
It's a Residential college, so everyone who studies there has to stay there. The accommodation facilities are pretty good and affordable, according to our choices of AC and non-AC. And also, the food on Campus is pretty much like 3 star or 4-star hotel. It's really good, and it's included in the annual fee structure. And apart from that, there are many cafes on the Campus. The campus life at FLAME starts making you feel at home since the first day, it's really good, culturally diverse, yet so united. There's a different sense of affection among students. A lot of clubs and committees are there like, the cultural committee, Tedx FLAME committee, Sports Clubs, environmental club, Student welfare committee, and Animal welfare committee, which help the student life run smoothly, and also keep giving a lot of entertainment throughout the year, with the inter-college and intra-college events like FLAME Kurukshetra, FLAME-Fest, FLAME Maidaan, Cultural Days, and many such exciting events.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
