I am in a boom right now, but we have a kind of outdated curriculum that is very unhealthy for our future. Our college organizes social gatherings in February. We have plenty of books and journals in our library. We have a rich library. The college also organizes multiple events with academics. There are multiple extracurricular activities. We have COMPSA. It is an association of students of computer science and engineering. The college hostel and food quality are not that good. But it is value for money
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
