- College is well mentained and facilities provided are also very great.
- Campus is very good where all students can enjoy without having restrictions and there is the campus is ragging free.
Dislikes
- The food quality of hostel is not good and there is no in campus canteen facilities available.
- There is no larger field for playing cricket and other sports.
Remarks :
The supreme placement facilities and very well faculties help me to improve my skills, all the lab work and other technical scopes are focused on faculties, and there is a JEE exam specific for CIPET by which I join CIPET, students also join through the JEE exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This institute provides very unique courses to get various information about the materials. The courses available in this college are BTECH. Plastic engineering, BTECH Manufacturing engineering and technology, IMSc. Material science and engineering, MSC. In polymer science, Mtech in nanotechnology, etc. Most faculties are so friendly and helpful, and most of the faculties join after a PhD. Teaching methods are quite good and notes are also provided, Exams are done very strictly 75% attendance is necessary to attend exams, each semester contains one main exam and two secondary exams. The fee is so affordable and as it is a central government college there is no chance of a fee increase. Scholarship and other financial services provided by the college.
Internships Opportunities :
There are so many internships available by various colleges and companies, basically, in summer vacation, there are too many internships available. CSIR-IMMT is also one of the best offices that provides internships for the students of CIPET. The internship is all about the processing of material. A stipend of 10000 is provided for students. Projects like biotechnology and polymers add very much value to college life.
Placement Experience :
There are too many placements and job opportunities available after UG and PG. Companies like Polymer, plastics, and other materials want to provide jobs for students. Eligibility for the placement is the GPA and the certificate by college and the interview potential is needed. The highest package by the company as I know is 8 lakh per annum. 100% placement provided by the college. I would like to get placement from the college if a suitable price is provided if the salary is not suitable for me then I would rather choose a PhD.
Campus Life :
The campus is small and clean, ragging free campus, and parking facilities are available for all staff and students, The annual fest of the college named VIDYANSH is conducted in March, this is the cultural fest of the college, and too many activities are included in this fest, the college fest is having fun for 10 days. Library is available for students in which students can borrow books for free. Sports and extracurricular activities are available on the campus sports like cricket, volleyball, and carrom, etc etc. is available for students. Social groups like WhatsApp groups are only run by students but no other social available. A hostel facility is also available but the food is so average the menu is decent but the food quality and taste are not that good. The registration process for a hostel is started at the time of admission but the facility is available for the students who are 100 km away from the college, PG is also available in Patia and Niladri vihar.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
