- Best ROI College for Masters in Business Administration in India. Faculty are well experienced, campus are very good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students ready for industry. Teachers are very helpful and they guide us with every Knowledge which is important for our future jobs. They have good knowledge of their subjects. Not only theoretical knowledge is given but we are explained practically with examples.
- The infrastructure of the college was good. The hostel has good facilities for food as well as to live there. A room has to be shared by 2-3 students. There is a canteen on the campus, and free Wi-Fi is also available for students. The mess and canteen serve good quality of food. sports are also available.
Dislikes
- For HR students, there are core opportunities but offered with comparatively lower opted by students compared to other specialisation
Remarks :
Sppu is the top university in Maharashtra and India, so I chose this college, and my decision was right. Best for Return on Investment and Education. Don't need to face any GDPI round, get direct admission through Maharashtra MBA-CET Exam Cap round. Best ROI College in India.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the course because of Best ROI College for pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. All the teachers here are PhD holders in their subjects with more than 10 years of experience. They are very helpful, and their teaching quality is very good. They use both blackboards as well as digital methods for teaching. All the teachers joining PUMBA have industry experience. PUMBA is an autonomous department under the university. As compared to other B-schools, PUMBA is very good at infrastructure and education, and the fee structure is also very low. The college provides an MBA in pharma and biotech courses. Mahadbt scholarship, national Central Scheme scholarship are provided to the students
Internships Opportunities :
Summer internship Placements were good for Finance, Marketing, and Operations while for HR specialization, company visits the campus. The average stipend is around 30k and most of the students getting placed in the marketing field are higher in ratio compared to other specializations. The job role also well.
Placement Experience :
It is one of the most recognized colleges of MBA in Pune. Around 90-95% of students get placed every year in our college. Top recruiting companies are Tata, TCS, Reliance, Infosys, HCL, CRISIL, APPOLLO, VOLVO, CUMMINS, BAJAJ, etc. They conduct many placement drives. Many students got internships with stipends from various companies. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. Top roles offered are recruiters, consultants, etc.
Campus Life :
Goonj is a cultural event organized in February, other than various jamming sessions, plays, singing competitions, and mimicry events organized regularly. The library is well established around more than 1 lakh books are available in the library. Both curriculum and general books are available also daily newspapers and magazines are provided. The social is Pumba Helping Hands, photography clubs are run by students. Government hostels are available but limited seats and merit is merit-based. Hostel fees are only 4800 per year and mess food is available on campus. The campus is well situated.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
