Likes
- The college has great ambience and the library, labs have well functioning computers and air conditioner.
- The fests keep children alive and makes the people enjoy their college life.
Dislikes
- Dakshata ma'am who teaches microprocessor in sem 4 is the only teacher who doesn't care about students. So inorder to deal with her, avoid talking to her at any cost and worship her as if she is a god.
- The canteen food quality is not great annd their aren't much options.
Remarks :
The college is a Cristian Minority college. Hence 77% above in MHT-CET is needed by Christians and 92% above is needed by the general category for getting admission in computer engineering. 12th grade doesn't matter as much, only the MHT-CET score matters. The staircase of the college is quite uneven and students often trip over it so using lifts is much recommended.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I always found an interest in coding. The teachers are quite helpful and always willing to help. Questions are always welcomed and are willing to guide children. Almost all teachers have done their P.H.D from renowned colleges. The exams are held almost every month in the form of IAT, Assignment tests, Practicals, etc.
Internships Opportunities :
Mini projects have to be done every semester from sem 3 to build up a resume. Placement Training is been provided by college and summer internship programs, AICTE-approved certificates, MNC Internship Drive, etc are been provided. With a Stipend Internship of 10k-15k.
Placement Experience :
Students should have a CGPA over 7.5 for placements. A few of the recruiters who visited the college are Mphasis, Eddify, Zycus infotech, eLitmus, LTI, TCS, etc. For the year 2022-23, 413 placement offers were made. The Highest package was 13 LPA and the average salary was 5 LPA. Offers >5 LPA was 176.
Campus Life :
Many fests are held like MOSAIC, IGNITRA, IRIS, etc which are quite fun. They are usually held in January and September. Industrial visits are also a part of the fun at SFIT. In the library, all kinds of books are available. They also have an online library for people who do not want to rent. Games like badminton, football, tennis etc are given priority. Every department has its committee. Computer Science has a committee called Codex which is quite active and helps students to socialize, and expand their knowledge.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat
Placement Experience :
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
