Pros and Cons of admission into JIMS

- The faculty is always ready to lend a helping hand to students.
- Discipline in college is the best thing and JIMS has worked well to provide that to students.
Dislikes
- Nothing as such other than the small campus.
- Students are always helpful however there is always atleast one rotten apple amongst the bunch of good apples.
Remarks :
It has good placement opportunities. Maintains a lot of discipline inside the college premises. Has mandatory attendance of atleast 75% which helps in maintain regularity in college. All over its the best for maintaing discipline and learning
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have always wanted to go forward with this course as i had interest in it since schooling. The teaching method that the college provides is also very helpful for learning. The exams are held in every 1-2 months and are neither too difficult nor too easy. One has to study hard however in order to get good grades.
Internships Opportunities :
I did opt for one internship. However it was not a paid one. My experience with it was amazing. I got to learn so many new things about work environment and stuffs related to my role. It was overall a good experience.
Placement Experience :
The placements opportunities are numerous. You have whole lot of options to choose from which is the best thing per now. You can go through every placements opportunities and choose the best for you amongst them. The salary provided by them is also satisfactory.
Campus Life :
Books in library are also very heloful. You can get any book related to studies anywhere in college library. There are teachers always present for helping you if you are in a hustle. The social life is also the one that is an experience. Good hospitality.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
