Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini) is a private management institute in Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi, close to Rithala Metro Station on the Red Line. JIMS Rohini Admission Process

PGDM Admission (Flagship)

For PGDM admission, applicants need a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate. Reserved category students need 45%. JIMS Rohini accepts the following entrance test scores:

  • CAT: 75 percentile for General; 65 to 70 percentile for OBC/SC/ST
  • XAT: 75 percentile
  • CMAT: 85 percentile
  • MAT: 700+ composite score
  • GMAT: 550+

The PGDM selection has three steps. First, students are shortlisted through entrance exam scores. Next, they attend a Group Discussion (GD) at the JIMS Rohini campus. The last stage is a Personal Interview (PI) with the admission committee. The final merit list is prepared using entrance score, GD performance, PI score, academic record, and work experience.

The usual CAT score range for admitted General Category students is 75 to 90 percentile. Students with good academic records and relevant work experience get preference during the PI round.

BBA and BCA Admission

BBA and BCA admission is based on Class 12 marks. BBA applicants need at least 50% aggregate in any stream, while BCA applicants need 50% aggregate with Mathematics. CUET UG scores are also considered, but an entrance exam is not compulsory.

MCA Admission

MCA applicants must have a BCA or B.Sc (CS/IT) degree with at least 50% aggregate. A valid CUET PG score is required. The MCA course runs for 2 years and is meant for graduates who want advanced training in computer applications.

FPM (Doctoral Programme) Admission

For FPM admission, students need a Master’s degree in any discipline with 55%+. Selection includes a written test on research aptitude and quantitative ability, followed by a research proposal presentation and interview.
