Starting with the good things, are, a peaceful environment, helpful faculty and most importantly pressure-free course. The campus is good and so are the teachers but only a few are very arrogant. And one thing I dislike is that they don't include large number of students in other academic activities. The fest in the college is not organized in any auditorium and this is the only place they lag.
I chose this course because it interests me. The qualifications of the faculty are very high and demanding. Especially the English faculty is the most admiring and classy. The teachi method needs more modification. The exams were timely and the difficulty level was average. The fee isn't that high even for Non-Maharashtrians.
No, I haven't involved myself in any sort of internship yet. As I mentioned earlier, I am a newbie, so I have little idea about internships that I need to opt for according to my course. It would be the task of the teachers I guess to inform the students about internships.
I don't have any idea about the placements here since I am a first-year student. I haven't even heard teachers speaking about placements from BA English till now. I would go for a professorship after my course.
Campus is very admiring. It indeed has a very happy and calming environment. During the times of college events the campus becomes very lively. The librarian is a bit harsh but availability of books is in different genres. Extra curricular activities are organised. It is upon the students how they become a part of it.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
