Acharya Narendra Dev Co is one of the best colleges of Delhi University in terms of science courses and gets third position in electronic science, And the study culture of this college is good, Teachers are very supportive here. To get admission you have to clear cuet and get admission.
Since b.sc. electronics is one the courses that is different from other regular courses so it attracted me and I chose this course. In and, the teaching and nonteaching staff are very supportive so I'll give them 4.5 out of 5. The term exams happen 2 times a year and they are very timely. And also in many years, the fees are the same. And also you'll get several scholarships to help in your studies.
Andc does not have any internship facility if you want to do an internship then you have to find and company by yourself and on campus also you can't find any internship to do like in the library or any other branch.
Andc after COVID do not provide placements but they will refer you to some companies that call you and you will get selected. As for electronics, you'll get referred to global foundries. And in these placements also only 1 or 2 students take part and others go for pg.
The campus of your college is not too huge so it's a bad thing about our college that you'll find it small enough to explore. Leiothrixx is our annual fest that occurs in Feb- March it is a two-day fest and very good. We have a huge library where you get all the books. We have many societies also which you can join for extra circular activities like NSS, spie, shashakt, etc college has no hostel facility. And we have a canteen which can be given 3 out of 5. But you'll find many PGs and single rooms which you want outside the college at affordable rates in Govindpuri which is good.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
