As a student, I choose an RLA for several reasons. My overall rank in Gujarat was not good enough to be enrolled in a top-tier college so I think according to my rank I was satisfied with my college. There weren’t any GD or interviews for the selection process as it is solely based on the entrance test. The college location was also very convenient for me which made me choose this college. The faculty is okay according to the college but I still feel that it could improve a lot
I chose this course as I was interested in business management and entrepreneurship. I was very keen to learn about the course as bcom is very accounts approached and BBA is not enough. BMS is the right version of the educational background that a good manager should have. The faculty are all highly educated from tier 1 colleges all have completed their PhDs. But even though they have a really strong background in education some of their teaching method will not be enough you have to put in efforts as well. I don’t have any idea about scholarships and financial assistance provided by the college.
No, I didn’t opt for any internship available from the placement cell of our college because I couldn’t find one of my liking. Companies like Accenture were invited to the college for the placement cell and I think some students did get their offer letter.
The eligibility criteria of the placement cell differ according to the company offering placements. The highest package was 8lpa from Accenture on the most recent placement drive. About 5 people from BMS were recruited by Accenture.
So the annual fest of our college is called Splendor. They are conducted in March every year. There are a variety of books, journals, novels, previous year question papers, and reading material available in the library. We have some AC rooms, pcs, presentation boards, etc all types of amenities available in the classroom. Sports and extracurricular activities are also encouraged by the college we have a gym, indoor game area, outdoor lawn, etc. There are n number of societies and social groups from different departments indulging in various social activities. There is no hostel facility and the food quality of the canteen is okay
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
