- Dislike is that the department's should focus on teaching skills which are required in industries
- The thing is that they already modified the syllabus according to industry's requirements but when it comes to pratical it will be different
Remarks :
I have chosen this college because of the placement, nice ambience, very good campus and superb place for study. I got into this college through the KCET test conducted by KEA.and the above-mentioned fee i.e. 210000 is the total 4-year fee of my engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I opted for is Electrical And Electronics Engineering, the department has good teachers, labs, workshops, clubs and many events will be carried out. W.r.t. scholarship and fees if you belong to Karnataka and got aided seat through KCET your fee will be ~19000+around 30k building funds in total 50-55k college fee per anum and you will get ssp scholarship of 18100/- per year(for Karnataka state students only) there are other scholarships like NSP and others you can get info at scholarship section.
Internships Opportunities :
The package varies from branch to branch for software the average will be around 12-15, for EC EEE 7-9/10 etc... I got placed in BGSW and got an internship at BGSW. Most of the students will get internship+Full Time at their placed companies. At BGSW I had an internship for a period of 5months and I was selected for a hardware role in the ECU department which was good to learn.
Placement Experience :
Placements in JC are Best. Most of them will get placed easily and the placements will start around the 6th sem in-between or end to till 8th sem completion. For info about placements, and companies you can visit the college website.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure of the college is good the campus is spread over 100 acres full of greenery. There are many clubs, events, workshops and many more. W.r.t. hostel it's good the rooms are good and 3 people in a room and the food is good but get bored ???? withit soon. All over the campus including the hostel is covered by a high-speed internet connection.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
