The Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce is the number one college in the field of Commerce in Pune. Teaching faculty is execellent as well as the student are performing very well in their academics. In the college other than academics activities also take place like events. The fact is that I had completed my 12th from the same college.
I chose the B.com course because further, I wanna go for FRM or CFA. As said earlier the teaching method of the faculty is very good and they teach interactive smart boards. Exams were frequent and the truth is that if you study the exam will get easier for you. But I will rate the difficulty level of exams 4 out of 5. For me the scholarship program is MahaSBT.
I haven't opted for any internship till now but as soon as I get the opportunity for the internship I will go for it. As I haven't opted for any internship, I have no idea about the projects and tasks offered as well as the stipend offered.
For now, I don't have any idea about placement. But I am pretty sure that the employer gives priority to the graduates from the Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce. I don't have any idea about the package.
There are many f held in the college, But one of my favourite Fest is Troika this fest is conducted between Jan - and March. Books are easily available at the library and the sitting area of the library is huge a time 300 - 400 students can sit. Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce has many sports activities like cricket, football, etc. Yes, there are many social media account handles managed by the students themselves.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
