- Gardens are so beautiful, like its the whole campus we would like to capture, the beauty of campus at its peak
- In summers, it provides cold water which is best for students coming in soch heatwave.
Dislikes
- Teachers are not supportive if students want to join extracurricular things, they ofc don't deny but would give you taunt till end day
- Administration office is like typical govt. Office, teachers there would check patience by making us visit office 100 times for same thing.
Remarks :
I chose this college because it's quite a safe and good area to enjoy college without any daily dramas. There was not anything conducted for admission, just m and CUET scores were considered. We had to fill out the application form on the CSAS portal released by the University of Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I want to pursue a commerce degree course and I did not want maths in the course so I avoided taking the honors course. Exams are conducted on a semester basis, which is usually 6 month semester but in DU they end the semester in 4 months and then stretch practicals and exams to 1 and a half months.
Internships Opportunities :
Not College, but the university gives internships as a whole, like VCIS scholarship. I opted for it but the results are still pending for it. I applied around April, it will be reverted by the university around July end.
Placement Experience :
Placements are offered by the college for 3rd or final-year students, companies are invited to the college, and students who fill out the form for placement get a chance to apply for internships offered by reputed companies.
Campus Life :
Campus life is overall good. For extracurriculars, there are different societies/ clubs you can join like, theatre society, western dance society, Indian dance society, western and Indian singing society, and art and fashion society. Other than that there are academic societies as well which you can join.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
