I was determined to go to Sri Balaji University Pune just because of the 3 D's they follow towards developing MBA graduates into corporate citizens. The 3 D's are Discipline; Dedication and Determination which define the total necessity of discipline and strictness in a student's life. After applying for admission, you have to go through the GD, Interview and a Written Ability test. After successful completion, you get entry to the college and desired course.
The course curriculum is definitely up to the necessity of the corporates and up to date. Faculties are very helpful and always supportive and ready to help at any point in time. Scholarships are awarded to deserving students up to a sum of 1 Crore every year. Fees at my times was 1100000 but now it has been raised to 1300000 for the complete MBA course.
I did my Internship at TATA Motors. I was deployed in the Quality function department and my role included visiting dealerships, managing sales pipelines, dealer sales executive meetings etc. My project was carried out very efficiently and gave me good Industry Exposure.
Placements at Sri Balaji University Pune every year come around 98%. Many of the top-notch companies visit the campus for hiring including Vedanta Group giving the highest package of 20.5 lakh. Many top companies include MG Motors, TVS, ITC, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Magicpin, Deloitte, Infosys, etc and many more. I have grabbed the placement from campus in the role of business development manager at Edureify.
The social life of Sri Balaji University Pune is fully awesome. One gets a complete platform to showcase their skills. Drishti is the most astonishing event which is conducted every year in January and goes on for 15-20 days. Apart from Drishti, there are also various club activities related to the business club, sustainability club, cultural club, etc held every Saturday for the overall development.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
