- College labs are good , male to female ratio is good , professors are knowledgeable
- Classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned and also we get multiple food canteens like Nescafé , BTW etc
Dislikes
- The crowd in the college is really a problem as we have mostly rich spoiled brats or wanna be gangsters
- Faculty can some time get really problematic if you create some problems for them otherwise faculty is good
Remarks :
An important factor in choosing is that it has an updated syllabus like we have 8 subjects every semester which consists of important industry-relevant subjects At the time of applying for this college, I had to go through 3 rounds to get approved first a written test similar to CUET but with shallow qualifying criteria of around 35percent Second it was a group discussion round where we were given a topic and we have to express our thoughts I prepared for this step from YouTube. Thirdly we have a personal interview with 2 teachers taking our interview and asking basic questions about my education, and background. The bad aspects cover the small campus size, high tuition fees, and Private universities, also you will feel a lack of competition as the majority crowd in the college has qualified on low criteria but as you move along your semester the majority of students will leave the degree in between and also it’s weird but at the time of exam, you have to choose UG(IT) in the course name.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The fees are higher for courses like BCA. The course curriculum is very much updated and you get the option to choose a specialization from demanding sectors like artificial intelligence and cloud computing you get 8 subjects per semester and it pretty much covers all the relevant subjects as well as skills. Faculty is experienced and knowledgeable but only if you are participating in class like answering questions and asking doubts. Some of the teachers are from IITs and IIMs for BBA. Term exams are not very hard mostly they give multiple choice to attempt questions. There are scholarships for students scoring 90 per in 12th along with scoring above. 90 per cent in any semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are not offered with a stipend in the college along you will barely get any time for an internship as the semester exams take the time of internship. Also, internships offered are like paid courses in the college itself.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities were good before COVID-19 but currently, it is difficult to get placed at this college having a good CTC yes you can apply for internships and can discuss your thoughts with professors who help students get internships Also, career guidance.
Campus Life :
Campus life is boring in this college but you will find people who don’t want to study at all. We have different groups like music dance but there are limited events where the groups perform. Hostels are not very pleasing but are affordable.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
