The updated syllabus and curriculum along with good experience security and good connectivity made me choose this college at the time of admission. I had to go through three rounds to gain admission. Firstly, it was an entrance test. Secondly, group discussion and thirdly personal interview in the group discussion session, we were divided into five people groups, and then given a topic through which we discussed the pros and cons.
The course curriculum is pretty much updated as we have eight subjects per semester, which pretty much cover all the industry-relevant subjects like No SQL, artificial intelligence, machine, learning and many more the college is good for academics but lacks a competitive environment. The scholarship is given based on your previous semester's marks. If your GP is greater than it, you can apply for a scholarship, for up to 40% of the tuition fees. The facilities are amazing. We are provided with an air-conditioner lab and classroom.
Generally, it is advised to opt for internships outside the college as they come with a stipend and real-world experience in college. We are offered Paid courses with a certificate as an internship. There are very few opportunities for internships.
Placements were good post-COVID-19, but after COVID-19 as the recession has come, so the hiring is less in our course even After having high demanding skills. It’s not all the problem of the College itself. It’s the problem of the crowd as people are not competitive, so they lack basic skills even after teaching industrial subjects.
Life on the campus is boring as there is nothing much. We can do it inside the campus as the college is situated in Delhi Rohini. So it is difficult to acquire a great land to build a college so we have a small campus but outside the campus. It is situated in a very light area like we can have, multiple food outlets in Rohini. We can have movie theatres within the 500 m mark along with Metro Walk. Extracurricular activities are situated at a particular part of the semester, so there are not many extracurricular activities. Sports is only active for a week called sports week. We have groups like music, group, dance group, etc. The hostels are not that much good. They are just so fine that you can survive them. Don’t expect much from the hostels.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
