Good teaching and cool infrastructure.
Likes
- Faculty is great and very helpful towards the students.
- Infrastructure is also well maintained especially for IT, CS students.
Dislikes
- College doesn't have a huge campus and there is no hostel facility.
- It doesn't have a proper placement support.
Remarks :
The teaching faculty is well experienced and has a great understanding of their subject. Another thing is the college is strict in terms of discipline and punctuality. Also, there is no Group discussion, interviews or written test taken. The admission is purely based on the Merit list.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had a deep interest in the IT field... For example learning new technologies like databases, networking, etc. Also, the faculty for the IT and CS departments is very good. The teaching method is quite able to justify the subjects. Teachers are well-qualified and experienced. They usually have a master's degree. There are 6-semester exams in total, or 2-semester exams per year, i.e., one mid-semester and one end-semester. The exams are not that difficult if you study well.
Placement Experience :
The placement was not provided by the college. However, the teachers of our college encourage and help us seek internship roles in fields like software engineering, junior data analysis, etc. You only have to apply to MNCs for placements and internships. I plan to do the Master's in CS along with an internship.
Campus Life :
The Campus is not that big. But they have the books available in the library which you can issue for the 1-week duration. Sports are being played in the college. The college does not have a hostel facility..

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.
Symbiosis School of Economics
Placement Experience :
The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
