RVCE is a top college, if not the best college in Karnataka apart from NITK. Usually, the admissions are done either through KCET or through COMEDK. Management Fees are around 40Lakhs for 4 years for Information Science and Engineering.
Courses are updated usually to stay updated. Courses like NLP, Information Retrieval, AIML etc have been added to the curriculum. Faculties are pretty chill, especially counselors, they treat their students like their own kids. For a KCET student, the fees is around 1 lakh, but there are lots of scholarship available. There is a separate section called the scholarship section which helps to clear all the doubts.
Since I am a third-year intern I have not got any paid internship. But companies like Microsoft, SAP, HPE, Phillips, Arcesium, etc have offered internships to many of the students. Placement season usually starts around the end of the 6th semester.
RVCE is one of the best colleges for placement. The average CTC of an ISE student here is around 17 Lakhs. Companies like Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Delloite, etc are a few of the many recruiters that offer jobs. The highest package this year was 88 Lakhs and was offered by UIPath. The placement percentage is around 85.
The campus is small compared to other colleges. But it's peaceful. Libraries are open every day except on Sunday. The college conducts 8th Mile once in every 2 years and E-Summit once in every 2 years. Various Student clubs will help a student to opt for a club based on his interests.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
Here placements are very good and has many opportunities for students to obtain internship as well as full time job here u can apply for off campus also many recruiters like Amazon Oracle JPM rapido etc have visited
Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
If you want to get placement you have to maintain more than 7 cgpa for attending the interview and highest average package was 2 laks per month.89% of the students placement in the campus interview only
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
