- I like the faculties of my college...they are very humble to us helping us in clearing all the doubts without hesitation and providing us more information about the course out of course .
- And the campus is not Soo big but fine enough for the students
Dislikes
- I dislike the campus life because students living in hostel face a lot of problems such as food, and hot ness of the rooms during summer
Remarks :
I chose this college because it comes among the best universities...our counselling was done by the councillors before taking the admission then we filled out the documents and provided the asked information and also they took 10 thousand rupees in advance before visiting the university in order to fix the seat and took 1 thousand rupees of the admission form so think it's quite expensive this is the bad aspect of university.....while on the other hand for scholarship the university itself conducts a test named Q Care test in which if you performed well you are supposed to get a minimal amount of scholarship which I think is good aspect of my university..
Course Curriculum Overview :
My personal opinion on this course is that it's worth it because the academic provides the best faculties for our course and helps us to clear the concepts and about the fees it's in my course 60 thousand per anum where U can get a scholarship by giving a Q care test.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for any internship yet ...the internship opportunities available with our college are for content writing near Dehradun where we have to do work such as writing, editing web content, conducting research etc.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunities are provided to the best candidate depending upon the ability of the students....the highest package is 33.5 LPA and the average is 5-7 LPA .... My plan after getting my degree will be to opt for a masters.
Campus Life :
The campus is quite good and interesting as Roorkee is the hottest place so we come to see all over the greenery inside the campus and every possible facility is provided such as libraries, labs, auditoriums, canteen, sports, and other co-curricular activities... And coming on to the hostel so I haven't opted for campus hostel ...and we came to know that food quality is not good there.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
