Admission criteria: During 2020, Admission were based on merit lists released by Delhi University but now the students are required to give CUET exam in order to pursue any particular course. Any student wanting to study from Delhi University should prepare thoroughly from their 11 and 12 books to clear CUET exam.
- I always wanted to study psychology so I ended up choosing shyama Prasad Mukherjee college which is at 2nd place for Applied Psychology. The faculty is really very cooperative, helping and supportive towards the students. - Qualification of faculty: My department has all the Professor's who hold degrees till Phd. There teaching methods are very elaborative, easy to understand and easy to comprehend. - The semester exams happen twice a year and the difficulty level is moderate. - The fees for Applied Psychology ranges between 9000-10000/- annually, it's pretty affordable for the students.

The college has it's own placement cell which provides a wide range of internships, courses to the student. Eligibility criteria: -Must be a Regular college student. - Must maintain a cgpa above 6.5. Companies: - Fortis hospital - Mycaptain Highest Package: 70000/- I plan to pursue a master's degree in psychology.
-The college has its annual cultural festive called 'Srijan' held mostly during march - April. - The college has a separate building for Library. It has all the resource, journal, material available for the students. Every student has to get a 'Library Card' issued so that can easily gets the books rented. - The college offers a wide range of Sports and extra curricular activities such as: Badminton, volleyball, football, netball, Yoga and gymnastics etc for the students. Some extra curricular activities include: Debate competition, NCC, NSS and all different kinds of completions. - There are a wide range of Social groups and Clubs at the college such as: The departmental societies, photography, dance, music, art, creative writing etc for the students. - The college doesn't have its own hostel instead it has a wide variety of PG's near the college for the girls to easily accommodate. It's quite affordable the students which are located near Punjabi Bagh.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
