- The infrastructure of the college is very decent. All the buildings are repaired in a planned manner and are beautifull as well.
- The faculty members might change after every year and all are experienced .
- The campus life is good. Decent crowd is there but not too much. It's great.
- Scholarships schemes are very helpful for those students which are in need of it.
Dislikes
- The thing I do not like is that the teachers do not stay for a long time there they keep switching.
- It hot during summer and cold during winter in kala amb.
Remarks :
I chose this college because it has a very big campus and the fees are low as compared to other institutes. The campus is beautiful as well and not too much crowded. There is no written test kind of thing to take admission. The admission process is easy, one of the faculty members will help you thoroughly.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason I chose this course is because of my interest in computers and technical stuff. The faculty members here are very qualified and experienced. Exams are conducted every semester i.e. 2 times a year by the Himachal Pradesh University. The fees have not been increased for a long time. Scholarships are provided to students of casts like SC/ST/OBC and they don't have to pay any college fees because it is covered by the government scholarship schemes. College helps students to file their scholarship documents at every very concerning step.
Internships Opportunities :
Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Bluestar, hero, and a few other companies were offering internship opportunities. They take interviews of the students and select a few students for further interview levels. They give good packages if a student is skilled and developed a project as well.
Placement Experience :
I would not say that the placements are very good though. Some companies are invited to the college and they take interviews of the students in different steps of interview and then select them for internship. Of course, if a student has got good skills then for sure he will get good placement and employability.
Campus Life :
The campus is very lively. The infrastructure of the college is new and good as well. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls and both buildings have their playgrounds inside as well and a big mess. Special events are also organized at the college in which singers are invited. The college also actively takes part in sports activities.
