Likes
- A building having 7 floors consisting of various rooms including game room, seminar halls, classes, auditorium and rooms for societies as well.
- Campus has a lot of greenery as well as a dedicated basement parking for vehicles and the whole campus is air conditioned.
Dislikes
- The size of our campus is really small so we have to opt for going somewhere out for a walk.
- The faculty is although supportive but on the same time strict with the rules and ensures that everyone adheres to it which does not gives us much freedom.
Remarks :
I cleared the CUET exam with an aggregate percentile of 99.8% in English, maths and general tests. Coming from a commerce background I always wanted to do something different from what everyone one was doing and then I got to know about BMS, a management for undergrad students having diversity in various fields of management. The decision to get into the SSCBS was based on its ranking by different organisations, placement records, environment, etc. Although it is an off-campus college still is considered in competition with the SRCC. The crowd over here is less but I always prefer quality over quantity. The students here are eager to learn about various aspects of the corporate world as well as entrepreneurship and startup culture in India. The only bad thing about this college is that the campus is relatively small and the work is really strict.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course offered over here are BMS, BBA(FIA) and BSc Hons. In CS. The curriculum for each course is good in their field offering a variety of subjects as well as most of them are interesting as well. The faculty over here is really supportive and always there to help you out. The presence of a projector a mic and speakers enhances the teaching method of the teachers by promoting digitalization it assesses both the teachers and students to present their presentation in front of the classroom. The term exams were conducted smoothly promoting a healthy environment within the college. It is a part of Delhi University the fees are considerate considering that the placements over here are immensely good I.e offering a great ROI. As well as various scholarships are also available for the students who wish to avail of it.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have opted for an internship as well as many internship offers are offered to all students at the end of the semester. It being an important part of our curriculum one must opt for such opportunities.
Placement Experience :
There is a good placement ratio in our college of almost about 80 to 90% of students getting placed who opted for it. As well as SSCBS also carries a good brand value helping you to get off-campus placements as well.
Campus Life :
So coming to the fest part, yes our college organizes various fest and events for the students over here which are quite fun namely VITI The Diwali fest, Garbha Nights, and Crescendo the annual fest of SSCBS. Viti is organized before the Diwali period, Garbha nights at the end of Navratri and crescendo in March or April. Our college has a lot of societies that conduct various events, competitions, etc. As well as organizing sessions, doing life projects and field visits as well.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
