- College infrastructure is best. It has libraries,Sports rooms, etc. Campus life is Best.
- Facilities are best, they are like personal mentors.specially in marketing department.
Dislikes
- Campus infrastructure is small, has only 2 cafeterias.
- Campus is located outskirts of the town.
Remarks :
Admission has 2 stages- PI followed by a Written Test. You must have good speaking skills. Other wise Written tests are easy to convert. The mode of PI will be online. They ask you about yourself and ask questions about what you tell about yourself.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because the Faculties for Marketing are best in Uttarakhand. Course curriculum and Academic revolve around practical situations and case studies. In each semester there will be 2 exams for each paper.4 assignments with 2 projects.
Placement Experience :
For marketing it is best for placement. But for others it is average. Data Analysis is the worst. More than 80% of companies that come to campus are for sales profit. BP Global, and Greenlam are companies with come for SAP profits.
Campus Life :
If you want to live your college life to the fullest then it is best for you. The College organizes various events each month. The college has various clubs like Marketing Club, bulls, and Bear, Hr club, etc. The hostel infrastructure is good but the mess is not. Yes in localities you can rent a room or PG but in the 2nd year in the 1st year, it is compulsory to live in a hostel.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
