- Infrastructure is good but it needs a little maintenance. Dental chairs are available.
- Teachers are experienced and the guiders but like every other professional medical College environment is a bit toxic.
Dislikes
- Dental materials which we have to use on the patients are not always available we have to buy our own stuff to develop our skills it is kind of expensive
- Doing classes sometimes is hectic because some of the classes are held in the respective hospital premises which are far away from the dental building
Remarks :
It is the only government dental college in my state and I got it through state counselling of NEET. Once you take your NEET exam and qualify for the cut-off marks then you have to attend the state counselling or all India counselling you are allotted a government seat in this college if you opt this during counselling once the college is allotted you have to reach the college with required documents and get your admission done.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Several patients available here are high and you get enough chances to develop your skills. You have to appear for 3 internal examinations and one University exam every year. The total duration of the course is 5 years which includes 4 years of exams and one year of internship. Financial assistance is not as available but you can avail of online scholarships like e-kalyan which most of the students here do. A Bonafide certificate is provided by the college.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship is available in the last year of your course you get a salary of rupees 30000 per month for 1 year. Here you will supervise your juniors and assist the professors during attending patients.
Placement Experience :
Internship is provided in the last year of your course for one year. My plan after completing the scores is to pursue MDS. College placement is not available through college but in an internship, you get a salary of rupees 30000 per month.
Campus Life :
Life at college is good. Single seater rooms are provided to boys. Annual fetches like Palash and volleyball tournaments, cricket tournaments and festivals like Saraswati Puja Ramnavami are celebrated very nicely on the campus. The library is newly made. It has many books but presently it does not have a lot of books related to dentistry. Extracurricular activities are encouraged we also have an indoor stadium and outdoor stadium on our campus where the regular tournaments occur.

I’m planning to sit for GATE as well, as many seniors here aim for PSUs. College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. Since there is no official placement, there are no recruiters, packages or offers from college. Around 0% students get placement from college itself. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

"Placements in my college are slowly improving but still not at the level of top engineering colleges. Some companies visit every year but the number of offers is limited. Students who have good skills and prepare on their own get opportunities easily. The eligibility for sitting in placements is usually 6.0 CGPA and no major backlogs. Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
