Remarks :
Admission process is through a national entrance exam which is the NEET through which any candidate can get Admission into a medical college. The total marks is around 720 so on the candidate need to get eligible and score around 150 or 200 to get Admission. The college is good for the students as there are very experienced faculties and good exposure to the clinical side. This college is ranked one among the best colleges in karnataka that provides medical education. The KEA is the authorized medical council which conducts rounds and provides seat for the students in colleges. College also provides research assistance to the students to participate in several research activities and other co -curicular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is a very honored and dignified course to opt and its a dream of lots to become a Doctor, and as i also do have the same so on i joined the course. The faculties are highly experienced and qualified having around 15 to 20 years of experience and several archivements in medical field. Teaching methods are both advanced as well old that fills the gap of medical education, smart projectors to explain slides and 3d animations are used, boards to draw diagrams as well specimens, samples, cadavers and posters are been used to demonstrate various subjects. Exams are taken oftenly to give an orientation to the students learning, hence total 3 internals are taken with 4- 5 class tests in between them in a year, the papers have a good standard and its often not so easy or not so tough to Crack. There are various scholarships and Financial assistance that are provided to the students to help for their education.
Internships Opportunities :
The college only provides Internship facilities to the students as to gain experience in a hospital setup. They assign several tasks and allort the students in groups as sending the students to different PHC and wards to gain experience.
Placement Experience :
After completing the course the student can apply for any private practice or Govt practice in hospitals or Primary Healthcare centers. There's no such package as in private sectors the physicians starts earning around 50k-60k and in Govt around 80k to 1Lac. About 90 - 95 % students get jobs in India and other countries also.
Campus Life :
Collage fests are organized every year by the senior which makes an interaction between the students and brings harmony. April - may is the months that all the activities are planned. Sports, cultural, and other activities are been done as well prizes are also been awarded. The collage also celebrated festivals as games chaturthi, Diwali, karnataka rajyoshava an others .The college have a central library to access for a various books , journals and study materials. Hostel has a good atmosphere with proper water and electricity supply with well maintained rooms, the wardens are very helpful, there is washing machines available to wash clothes also, food is good but the students coming from other states takes time to adjust.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
