I have taken an MH CET exam to get to this college. There is no group discussion. You get according to your score in the entrance exam. All people have to give entrance to enter in medical field and according to you get .
I chose this course because I didn't get mbbs. You have to spend approx 2 lac for the course in a government college and for private it will be around 10 lac. There is a scholarship for the student but you have to present your certificate for that.
You get an internship in the same college for 6 months and then you have to select the Civil hospital for 3 Month internship and then for 3 Month Primary Health Centre. You have to do all 3 internships mandatory.
There is no placement or job through college. You have to get a job on your own or else you can start your dispensary and go for Post graduation. You get enough experience during an internship. You can work as a resident medical officer.
There are lots of fest throughout the year. Fresher fest, Annual function, and. many more. There is an all indoor and outdoor sport. But college doesn't have its ground. There are all the books available in the library.
The college doesn't have a hostel. But you can apply for a government hostel which is available in Chembur, Kandivali and so on or else you have to stay on rent . You get a room for your post-graduation.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
