Likes
- The infrastructure of college is very nice. The offices are located in the same building called as admin building.Every department have their own building as well as practical labs. And with this every department have maximum numbers of PC. Staff is also nice.
- The campus life is really awesome here. You got to know about many bew things. The canteen is very lage with respected different sitting areas dor hostel students and normal students.
Dislikes
- The college is little far from city. So if you want to go in city you hve to travel a little.
- Their are not many snacks centers near college.
Remarks :
To get admission to MCA you need to take the proper exam, & you get college after applying for the cap round. I have given M. C. A. CET. I got this college on my first cap round. That time cut-off criteria was 88%. I prepared for this exam with the help of material I found online. The college and the college campus are very nice.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have completed my Graduation in BSC IT. So I wanted to complete my master's too. I so choose this college. The staff is very approachable. All the faculty members are highly educated. They know exactly what they are teaching. Many of them published their research paper on a specific subject in international journals. The teaching methods of the staff are very nice. They will give you proper knowledge based on their experience. They have more than 10 years of experience in this college. For the M. C. A., the study pattern is a semester pattern. With that, it has 1 Internal Assessment & 1 Continuous Assessment before the main semester exam. Difficulty level depends on the University because exam papers come from the University. The fee is not more than 6400, but if you are in some category you will get min 50 % because the college is a part of the Hope Foundation of Finolex Company. You will get a scholarship too.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I am currently an intern at Plexus Inc. I am working as a Junior web developer. In M. C. A., you have to complete an internship with the project in your last semester. Abd for that I got offended internship in Pleximus. The drive is also arranged by the college.
Placement Experience :
The finolex college has a Training & Placement Cell for students. The staff is very approachable and highly educated. The drive is only for last year's students. Many companies like TCS, Avatu, Infocenter, Infosys, and Benchmark are visited every year. The highest package ever offered is 9 LPA, from Infosys. And the average of all companies is 3.5 to 4 LPA. At least 80% of students get placed every year.
Campus Life :
Finolex College has a total of 7 departments. So every month some departments have at least one event. But all colleges have one main festival called 'Utopia', & it is at least 1 month long including sports events. We have a whole 1 floor area for the library. The library is very nicely organized. The library staff is also very nice. The clubs are created as our department. And every department has one management committee of students.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't opted hostel but I know the facilities available in their. The Finolex College has a hostel. It is located at 5 km long distance. But The college provided transportation facilities for the hosteliers. Nd the hostel area is pretty nice. They have 2 bhk for living. As for the food, hostel students have lunch in the college canteen during the day, and at night they have dinner at the college hostel. The hostel provides them with breakfast too. And for the students who don't want to go to a hostel, there are many PG or Rent based rooms available near the college. Some of them are private hostels too. I have lived in a society near college.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
