So the college had an exam known as NMCET, which is conducted on the campus itself to analyse the students' Knowledge and intellectual level. It consists of different types of topics. The exam process is very smooth. After this, the result is declared which, and if you are interested in joining the college you'll have to visit the campus and confirm your admission.
The best about this college is the faculty. Best faculty ever to have for not just freshers but seniors too. They are very understanding, and explain everything clearly, and tutorials and labs are conducted as well each week for the respective course. So the curriculum is very healthy and not at all hectic to manage.
So the campus is the best as well, as it is a riverside campus. It has a lot of greenery and fresh air to have. Apart from this, the campus is pretty huge, which provides different academic buildings, girls' hostel, boys' hostel, and sports facilities which also include a basketball court, tennis court, cricket ground, volleyball court, badminton court and Indoor activities. The academic building consists of a general store, a canteen, and a library ( which is pretty huge and consist of every book you can think of ) with great infrastructure as well. The campus has different clubs as well. The best part is the festivals that are celebrated on the campus. Apart from this, there's an annual tech event known as AMBIORA and an annual cultural event known as PROTSAHAN where many famous personalities are invited as well.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
