Overall its a good college in pune

- I liked many things of the college like its campus life and its infrastructure Campus life - there are lot of activities held in campus there are people from different backgrounds cites and culture lot of events held its happening place overall Infrastructure- infrastructure of college is decent there is one 10floor building, a library and auditorium etc classes are non ac.
- Faculty members are very highly educated and knowledgeable they provide practical knowledge to the students
Dislikes
- Dislike the most it is overcrowded and overrated college
- Overall good college but there are pros and cons in everything
Remarks :
This college is in the heart of the city. This college is autonomous college and awarded best college award by pune university . The college provides highly qualified teachers holding phd and masters degree The course curriculum is very good provides practical approach of education The had its own entrance test that was garware common entrance test and then admission was done on that bases I have prepared for the entrance from youtube and it was very easy If you want to persue your carrer in IT and management its a good choice
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is very good They provide good course curriculum which meets industrial needs In this course of BBA (CA) i have learned Many skills like C++ , Java , DBMS , cybersecurity etc which was helpful for me to build my career in IT industry Qualifications of faculty are also teachers hold degrees like phd nd masters Teachers and facilities are highly qualified The exam pattern is like semester pattern where we have to give semester exam in 6 months and we have practicals for bca Cost of study is -70000 -80000 rs Financial assistance is provided for st and sc students there is fee wavier for such students Overall great experience
Internships Opportunities :
I haven’t opted for any internship offline . But i have done virtual internship from accenture Barclays and BCG 1st internship of accenture was about data science related like analysing the data and modifying the data and giving reports 2nd internship of BCG was about consulting internship where we have to understand the business problems and give them the solutions for their problems Overall good experience but this was not in the part of college i have searched for it on linkdln and other apps
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities are good there are many companies visiting our campus for various roles and there companies like barclays , private banks and MNC s companies coming for college placements Eligibility criteria for placement is 8CGPA and above The average package is 500000 per annum I planning for getting my masters from IIMS OR TOP B SCHOOLS of India Overall good experience in college.
Campus Life :
The life at garware college of commerce is amazing we have many fest held in our college FEST NAME- Youthizon There is facilitiy of library in our college there are many varieties of books provided by the library we even have digital library where we can access it online There are many sports and extracurricular activities held in college like inter college sports matches and we have clubs like NSS and NCC etc There are clubs like ECell , social media club etc overall it was good experience in the college
Hostel Facilities :
Not opted for hostel Infrastructure of hostel was not good Poor quality of food It was affordable but not good I have rented a pg near my college in karve road overall i haven’t opted for hostels as it was not that good

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
