- College infrastructure is very good looking.
- Teachers are very supportive and very helpful and gide you like their own child
Dislikes
- Obviously we students don't like the time schedule of gate closing cuz after 6:00pm you are not allowed to go outside and for girls it's 5:30pm
- Campus life is not good cuz it has lots of restrictions... you're not allowed to stand with girls you're not allowed to wear half pants and half tshirts
Remarks :
There are no criteria for admission to Gandhi Engineering College. The only criterion is that you should pass your 12th in any board and must have taken the jee mains exam but your rank doesn't matter in fact in 12 lakh rank you can join this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teachers are well-qualified and have good experience and they are always ready to help you. And it's been 1yr am studying there but there's is never been a day where your single class has been suspended, we have to go to college every day for 5hrs in between there's no gap and no teacher has ever suspended there class.
Internships Opportunities :
Ya college will force you from your first year to take part in internships and hackathons for your betterment, currently, the college has provided me with an internship at in an international company on my vacation.
Placement Experience :
Placement this year is been very good for our college approximately 97% of student have been placed and 10-15 students have grabbed the 10lkh package which is a very good ROI for any college and highest package is also for 10lkh this year and the median is 4.5 lakh
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees : 1,27,000rs Hostel fees: 78,000rs Training in placement fees: 4,000 Exam fees for 2semester(1year): 5,000(2,500 each semester) Fees should fluctuate for every student depending on the teacher who gives admission to that student it can vary from 20-30thousand rs per year and there are no scholarships available
Campus Life :
Small campus, does not have so many books in the library and does not have AC facilities. We have grounds for different sports ... till now there's only one 1club I've been aware of is a speaking and competition club
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel life is the best life for every student in their currier but I would say there are a lot of rules and regulations for a hostel like you don't allow to celebrate birthdays in a hostel and you are not permitted to leave campus after 6:00 pm, mess food for lunch is good but you have to survive for dinner

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
