Yes, there is a written test which is basically for the students who want scholarships otherwise the student can get admission directly also. I took that test and I joined a coaching Centre to prepare for this test.
I chose this course because I want to join the digital market line ahead. Faculty members are great and cooperative and they are well qualified as well. Exams happen in a scheduled manner. I didn’t find the exams too tough. They are moderately difficult.
Yes, the college offers internships to 100% of students according to their convenience whether they wanna work from home or work from the office. In the first year, they offer social internships and later on paid internships as well.
Yes, the college offers placements whereas in 2022 they offered 100% placements with the highest package of 50 LPA. They got tie-ups with big players like KPMG, IBM, Microsoft etc. I plan to study further ahead and do post-graduation.
Including everything the fees would be somewhere around 170000-185000 per semester for all the BBA courses. Yes, there is a scholarship program where you can get 30-50% recession on your but that depends on your yearly CGPA and performance. Also if you score well on the entrance exam then also you can get the scholarship.
Social life on campus is good. There are a lot of fests that happen in the college from time to time. From freshers to dandiya nights and sports events and also the biggest fest of the year where the college invites celebrities to perform. The library is huge where you can study and find any book related to your course. Also, you can find online PDFs on your student portal for your course and past year question papers and everything you need.
I rented a flat which was quite nice and about the location, there are several societies which have flats and almost all of them are rented by students only so the locality is good. I pay somewhere around 200000 per year including food laundry cleaning everything.
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
