I wanted to study in Bangalore. There was a written exam and Personal interview based on which they give admission on the result of that. There is no merit system here. They have 3 campuses. There wasn't much of a cut-off that was announced.
The faculty and teaching were good. However, they harass students based on assignments and backlogs because they do show some strictness but they don't abide by the rules of attendance during exams. Bit unfair for everyone.
Not from college. College internships were not good as very few companies came mostly startups with very low pay and not good enough roles our college reputation has not been that since last year so nobody associated.
Eligibility criteria were considered. The portal was also very functional and detailed always notifying us about the job opportunities daily. The companies were well-known and had reasonable CTC.
Yearly payment was 2000000. Nonrefundable 2000 extra. The examination was fluctuating regarding the number of papers or backlogs. No other fees were mentioned except hostel fees which we don't opt for generally.
Social life is okayish. Life is monotonous here. The clubs were an exciting cause, they engaging, productive, and good for our Resume. The library was not that good. Socializing was hard on a small campus.
I didn't opt for a hostel. I opted for a paying guest room. That was better than the hostel as it was near college. The food, environment, amenities, locality and crowd were up to my expectations so yeah it was good.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
