I heard about this college and I want to do BCA and this college is near my home so I chose this college. There is a CET conducted by our college. There is no such cut-off if you just pass the exam you can secure your admission.
I am a tech enthusiast so I want to do a degree in that so I choose BCA. The faculty of our college has all the qualifications required for the course. The faculty is helpful. The teaching method is I can say above average. So get a summer internship at this college. Exams are conducted in December and May of the respective semesters. The difficulty level of the exam is medium. Lab examination is easy.
I have not opted for an internship but there are lots of companies on campus that offer you an internship of 2-3 months and a stipend is around 10k you can also work from home or have a day in the office.
The placements in the college are very low but you get a summer internship which can help you in Crack a job in a company. There is a 100% internship so you get experience in the field and help you Crack a job. I would personally do MCA for better placements.
For the Bachelor of Computer Applications, the fee is 40,000 /yr and there is an additional exam fee every semester 3200-4000 which varies every semester. If admission is done through management quota fee is around 45,000 /yr. This college applies for all kinds of government scholarships so you can get a 50% scholarship.
The infrastructure of the college is good but no canteen is there in the college other than that it is good. There are a lot of events happening in the college every month. Major events happen in summer around January and February. Seniors are supportive and feel like we are talking to our friends. No ragging is done in the college.
There is no hostel for this college it's the major drawback. If you stay locally it would cost you around 5-6k per month with food included. There are lots of rooms available around the college many students stay there so you would have good company.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
