- The faculty is the best and always motivating
- The grounds ,the canteen is awesome and big
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is very worst basically there are two buildings the old building and the new building, the infrastructure of the new building is satisfactory but the infrastructure of the old building is very worst ,sometimes the fan doesn't work sometime the lights doesn't work
- Sport faculty is the worst in the college they encourage students to bring their own equipments to play because sometimes the equipments are not available with them
Remarks :
The factor that made me choose the college was the course that I was getting the admission process is very smooth and it is done almost online through the CUET portal the cut-off for this college is around 550 + from 800 for BA program courses. The good aspect of our college is that the faculty is great and always motivates the students. The bad aspect is that there is a limited infrastructure which is not adequate.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am pursuing an economics major. I chose the school because I love economics and want to contribute to this field in the future the teachers who teach us economics I am very friendly they are always motivated. The teachers 2 class tests 2 assignments and one presentation to mark for the internal assessment
Internships Opportunities :
So, basically, the college does not provider us with an internship opportunity we have to find it on our own, the Delhi University runs an internship program for first and second year students known as the vice chancellor internship where we have to go through multiple rounds to clear the internship otherwise the college in their own does not offer an internship
Placement Experience :
Placement is very rare in our college many companies visit our college and the highest package offered is till now around 3 to 4 lakh rupees companies like Sun Pharma, primal, and Zomato visited our campus but the package was very low and the college placement cell is working on to get companies to our college and if no job is an offered to a student the Student opts for the masters in the future.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So the total fees of the colleges are 15095 only. This fee is to be paid for a year and includes the tuition fees caution fees registration fees, etc, but you have to pay the examination fees individually to Delhi University during the semester exams which are around 1300 during a semester so the fees are nominal and it increases only as per the direction of Delhi University otherwise it does not increases and the college does provide fees concession for the economically weaker sections and the fees for the SC ST OBC and news category is same. There are very less scholarships that are college provides.
Campus Life :
The social life on the campus is good there is a huge library equipped with air conditioning there is a big ground there are two grounds in a college one is known as the co-ground and one is known as the cricket ground the availability of journals on the library is very diverse and the amenities in the classroom is not much full fulfilled sometimes the fan does not work sometimes the light does not work but there is proper ventilation in the classroom there are many societies in the college who are active and the most active is the national service team society other than this society there is a dramatic society known as Nepathya and cultural society known as Kalanjali.
Hostel Facilities :
The college does not have a hostel and you have to rely on the paying guests and agents for the rooms so basically if you are finding a PG or room nearby you should visit South Extension or Vinoba Puri or Lajpat Nagar. If you are taking a one BHK flat in VinobhaPuri it will cost around 10000 rupees excluding the electricity charges and water charges if you are taking the room in South extension three-bed sharing room it will cost you around 12000 it will include food and it will not include the water charges or electricity charges that you have to pay it on your own so basically the minimum standard of living for the year is around 2 lakh rupees

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
