We participate in national and international level competitions besides academic work. 3 teams from the college went as finalists In the Solar Decathlon India Competition. We also participate in competitions held by NASA.
In our college, the focus is on the integrated study method, its project-centric method where we get the complete knowledge from predesign to final proposals. Very rarely see this pattern happening in other colleges. A hands-on approach also becomes a part of project development.
Yes. I have given interviews in Abha Lamba, Muse Lab, etc giving a stipend of 5 to 10k for 6 months. Through college, I gave interviews at IDEAS, Bangalore, DNM Geodesigns, and many more. The firms hired us based on our portfolios and on one interviews.
The college organizes campus placement drives for students for their internships. A variety of well-known firms are invited to hire the students and students too get equal opportunity to join the firm they wish for.
The students avail scholarships from government funding from MAHADBT and private scholarships available from VES Management, Students can apply for that, and very needy students get more than 50% of scholarships.
We have a variety of clubs like literature, music, etc which it is managed by faculties. We have a green club under which students initiate societal concern projects. E-waste collection drive, plantation drive, etc. We have a digital club to enhance our computer-aided skills.
The hostel is situated within the campus premises. We have access to wifi, a water facility, and food inside the hostel. Rooms can be booked on a sharing as well as a single basis. The food of the hostel is healthy and nice.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
