- The college infrastructure has been an issue for the past 4 years however the college has acquired it's own campus for now so the problem is going to be resolved soon. However other campuses have their own infrastructure and Nmims will never compromise on infra if they have the facility. The library facility (both physical and e-library) is well equipped and is the best part to praise about the college
- The campus life in nmims is another best part where students have the best exposure one could ever get and also the events being conducted by various committees in the college makes it even more beautiful to experience.
Dislikes
- The most important thing I dislike is the infra as they were charging us with the development fee, it is not being justified for what they have charged and poor management of classrooms and allotment makes it even worse
- The faculty especially the visiting faculty lack experience in teaching and also they have difficulty in understanding the college's curriculum making it Messier for the students as a whole.
Remarks :
The best aspect about the college is the exposure that you get from the core faculty and also students here come from all over india and also focusing this the college keeps introducing interactive sessions which enables each other to share their experiences making it to better exposure. Bad aspect could be the infrastructure of the college and Mumbai being head office does not have it's own campus making it an inconvenience The college accepts both clat score and NLAT scores for admission and cutoff for head office would be ranks anywhere below 250. There will be no GD/PI conducted for the admission process though so that will be a good option for people to get in easily
Course Curriculum Overview :
My first preference while applying for the college was BALLB and the reason for the same was that I felt BA subjects along with law will help get a better understanding about the law rather than studying any other course. The faculty here are to be required to qualify NET law test and also most of the core faculty are superbly experienced having done their PH'D and rest aiming to complete their PH'd shows how experienced and knowledgeable the faculty. Although there have been hiccups with the visiting faculty being unable to understand the curriculum of the college. The exams will be conducted on a bisemester basis and we internal exams which will be consisting of 20 marks and the final exams being 50 marks and the difficulty level being moderate to tougher side.
Internships Opportunities :
There have been many internship opportunities being provided by the college which includes HDFC Bank, Duestche Bank, L&T, MRF Co, CAM AND SAM. Most of the opportunities provide with the tasks in Corporate Field which includes drafting, research and court visits. Most of these provide stipend ranging from 5k-20k.
Placement Experience :
The college seriously considers the grade and GPA of the students to put them for placements alongside considering previous internship experience of the students. However the college hasn't been very successful in providing placement opportunities to the students as only 10% of every batch do get placement through college while others get their placement through PPO's (pre placement offers) and the rest being choosing Either Litigation, Judiciary or Company Secretary as further options. Some of the visited recruiters are HDFc bank, wadia ghandy and Co, etc. My plans after the degree is either to prepare for competitive exams. The highest package for now is at 16 p.a and the least was never revealed. However the average package a student can expect is between 6-8 lakhs p.a.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for batch 2020-25 has been mentioned as 1000000 which includes tuition fee, development fee, library fee and other miscellaneous fee. The fee currently is being increased as and when the year goes and is currently at 15 lakhs for 24-29
Campus Life :
Fests like the Meraki, Fitoor and other such events do happen round the year every semester one being cultural festival and the other being related to sports which includes SOLympics which will be the annual sports event which most students will be interested in participating. The college has library and contains an extensive collection of reference books and journals which are more than enough to cover the curriculum failing which we are also provided with e-library access which again contains soft copies of most of the books required for the curriculum. We also have committees like Legal aid committee, the moot court committee and Innovation startup and entrepreneurship committee which helps in the development of skills of the students and also these committees organize intra college competitions to improve and exchange the knowledge of students

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College
Placement Experience :
Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
