I am a second-year student at Quantum University, Roorkee. Pursuing B.TECH CSE. Some good aspects NO Ragging To be honest, our university has the best return on investment rate with a very affordable fee. The infrastructure of the university is good. The faculties are excellent. Placement records are good. Quality students are there Good alumni network is there University has its incubation club startup culture is also there sports facilities are there Great academic services are there college is situated near beautiful cities such as Dehradun, Rishikesh, etc. so if you love travelling then this university is a good option for you. The admission process is very simple. Bad aspects some sports are not here on this campus like swimming, some track and field events, etc. The auditorium is small. Mess food is okay.
The university offers various courses but my interest is in the tech field, so that is why I chose this course at Quantum University. The reason for choosing b.tech. here is simple, the university has excellent faculty, great labs with modern systems, and great tech infrastructure, Quantum has great collaboration partners like Oracle, SQL, etc., and Exams are held twice each semester. faculties are highly qualified, everyone has industrial experience and simple and effective teaching methods.
I grab an internship in Kimo Ai (unpaid) but many seniors grab great internships in MNC for example- Flipkart, Atlassian, etc In first year students generally grab internships regarding minor tech tasks like web development, UI dev, UX dev, Programming languages, etc
Placements are great with a great return of returns of investment. 7.5 cgpa criteria to become eligible for Blue Chips groups. Nike, Juspay, Salesforce, etc are top notch recruiters placements are good in each department with the average package of 6 LPA. and highest on-campus package is 19 LPA by Juspay and 64 LPA (off campus) in Oracle. 90 per cent students got placed every year I plan to grab a job after my degree.

ERP system software is also there which helps the students very much. Multiple sports facilities are there.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
