This college wasnt my first preference but I put it into my preference list as it is one of the top colleges of Delhi University. The admissions are done through CUET and there is different cut offs for each course and category. No interview or GD was taken, the admissions are mostly based on CUET. I did not face any issues while preparing or giving the test. A lot of material is now available for preparation.
Course curriculum is according to NEP and UGC. Most faculties of the course are well qualified and teach the whole syllabus correctly, most of them wont be ignorant and try to make sure all the students are getting attention. Exams are conducted at university level and exam difficulty is more on the difficult side but if you study well you can get good marks.
On campus internship opportunities are also fine but there are lot of better of campus options. Startups, NGOs, Political parties, and some big names like aditya birla, etc come for internships with highest stirpend of 20k.
Almost all top companies like Big 4, big 3, unicorn startups come to our college for placement with average package of 5-6LPA and highest package of 24LPA. Lots of off campus opportunities are also available for internships and jobs. Most students get placement if they have average cgpa. I will go for an MBA after my course
Yearly fees for most courses were around 10-12k per year but have now increased to 15-17k. There is an exam registration fees of 2-2.5k each sem. Books are optional and can be bought under 1000. Some times extra coaching classes might be needed, lot of options are available.
Life at college is pretty good with good exposure and great seniors, no ragging will take place. There are lot of good societies in the college which can help with socialising. Infrastructure is being developed, indoor courts are being made, ground is getting upgraded with goal posts and pitches and nets. Classrooms are also fine but most of them dont have an ac. There are also very good smart classes and seminar rooms. Canteen is also clean. Library has ac and has all the books available for all the courses. Website is also smooth and college portal and email is also available which helps and proving all information.
There is no hostel facility available in college. There are lots of PG anf flats available to rent around college(100-200m). Even though the college is in south delhi but the area around college is not very good and rents are still high. Tiffen, laundry and all other facilities are available around college
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
