NPU Palamu offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degree courses, including BDS, MDS, B.Tech, M.Tech, BA, MA, M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Ed, B.Com, M.Com, etc. Admission to all UG and PG courses at NPU is based on performance in the most recent qualifying examination. Admission to Ph.D. courses is based on merit as well as GATE, NET, and SLET scores. At the time of admission, preference will be given to students with an M.Phil degree and relevant experience.

  • B.Tech admissions are handled by the Central Admission Committee and Entrance Examination JEE (E&M) administered by the Government of Jharkhand and JEE Main.
  • The Government of Jharkhand administers the PGAT exam for admission to the M.Tech course. Candidates with a strong GATE score will receive preference.
