There is only internship program in our college of nursing in 4 th year will get stipend of rupees 13500 per month for last 6 months of 4 th year and from 1st year to 3 Rd year we will get rupees 500 per month as stipend

Yes, an internship is compulsory for all. Mine hasn't started yet, 2 years are there for it to start. As far as seniors tell us it's fine like 30,000 a month is good as compared to 7-10000 in another govt college.

Very wide variety of job opportunities available after this course. You can work as a Nursing officer, Community Health officer, As a lecturere or you can get your job in medical research field. If you work as a nursing officer then your package varies from 10-12 lakh per annum. If you work as a lecturer in a good reputed college then your package varies from 14-15 lakh per annum.

After completion of the final year of nursing, there is an internship provided by Aiims in Aiims Hospital. It is for 6 months duration which is compulsory for all the students in final year to do to get a degree. Students are paid? 13000/- every month during the internship. You have to qualify for an entrance exam for a job. Either to become a nursing officer you have to crack NORCET, or you can take an MSc exam for teaching in nursing colleges .
