ITM University Gwalior Admissions are open for 2026-27. The university takes students mainly through entrance exams, including ITM NEST, JEE Main, CAT, CMAT, GATE and other course-specific tests. B.Tech is one of its main courses, and B.Tech CSE is the most preferred branch. The total fee for B.Tech CSE is INR 7 lakhs, while the MBA Dual Specialization fee is INR 3.5 Lakhs.

B.Tech admission is done through ITM NEST, which is the university entrance test, and JEE Main scores are also accepted.

ITM University Gwalior UG Admission 2026

ITM University Gwalior offers UG courses in engineering, nursing, commerce, management and computer applications. Admission is based on the course requirement, qualifying marks and entrance test scores such as ITM NEST, JEE Main or CUET UG.

ITM University Gwalior B.Tech Eligibility and Selection Process

B.Tech is offered through the School of Engineering and Technology in 10 specializations, including CSE, AI & ML and Cyber Security. The total fee for B.Tech CSE is INR 7 lakhs.

Students must pass 10+2 from a recognized board with PCM as compulsory subjects.
The required minimum score is 55%.

ITM University Gwalior B.Sc Nursing Eligibility and Selection Process

B.Sc Nursing is a 4-year full-time UG course offered by the School of Nursing Sciences. The total course fee is INR 6 Lakhs.

ITM University Gwalior Other UG Programs Admission 2026

For BCA, BBA and B.Com, the university checks Class 12 marks and entrance exam performance. The course-wise details are given below.

ITM University Gwalior Admission Process 2026

ITM University Gwalior accepts applications in both online and offline modes. Selection is merit-based for some courses, while other courses need an entrance exam score. Students also have to attend an interview with the concerned faculty during selection. Online registration is done through the official website of ITM University Gwalior.

Students can apply online by following these steps:

Online Application

Go to the official website of ITM University Gwalior.
Sign up with an email ID and phone number.
Enter the required details in the application form.
Upload the needed documents and pay the application fee of INR 1,000.

ITM University Gwalior Lateral Entry 2026

ITM University Gwalior allows lateral entry for courses such as B.Tech and MCA. Through this option, eligible diploma holders can join directly in the 3rd semester, which is the 2nd year of the B.Tech or MCA course.

The harsh truth of a sugar beauty

What I Liked

The faculty is very supportive in every term .
The college campus and infrastructure is also good . There are many hangout spots available in the campus

What I didn’t like

75 percent attendance is compulsory and no medical emergency is entertained
Less availability of lifts. And have to climb 6 floors fir classes

I choose this college because it is very near to my home town. And it is the only nearby clg that provides BCA without maths. And My relatives kids and my other friends also took admission with me in the college

What I didn’t like

One thing that not good in our college is Mobile network. They fit a jammer in our college by which you face a many problems..
Another thing that teaching time is very long means that classes time is very long like 6 classes in per day which is very lengthy...

Remarks:

It is best college near me for pursuing BCA. It provides us proper classes and practical labs for daily practice.. Yes, i faces written interview and viva at a addmission time. Bad thing that our college building is 5th floor and no lift their. For addmission Go to LDV block and meet to addmission cell department faculty.

What I Liked

At first I would mention campus buildings and designing of my department building.
Through out campus there are various artefacts installed not only for decoration but for sharing value of arts to us

What I didn’t like

Hostel food is rated bad at every University and same with us also.
Lab facilities should be upgraded to some extent.

Remarks:

A simple interview round bases in CGPA in 12th class Superficial personality checking done in interview. Seats are allocated in first cum first admission basis. I personally revised basics of my 12th class for interview

A sad life story

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure of my college there are lots of greenery and the buildings are very unique and clean. There are so many shops and canteen and cafe also. There are sitting area also present and there are four gates are present for different purpose. First one gate is for itm hospital entry second one is for different department entry same for three and fourth gate number are present

Itm university is famous for there concerts and there placements so I was very exciting to take admission in this college and there was an interview conducted by the college for the selection purpose. The interview was very easy.

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure and security of campus. college infrastructure is good and situated away from the crowd of city and the security of campus is Tight also the Faculty is very supportive. Everuwhere inside the campus cameras are present and there i no restrictions n students.
The social life of students in campus is good and Extra curricular activities is also provided by college by different clubs are present. Ragging is totally banned and if anybody did such activity then he?she get punished.

What I didn’t like

academic pressure of too high and It is difficult to balacre botyh studies and other activities.
Too many fines and unessesory charges are impoesd on stuents for late fee and uniform.

Remarks:

To get admission in this college you just have to pass your 12th with 50% marks. this college is very popular in the area and hype of college is very good. also, alumnii students of college is doing great in his fields. Atmosphere of campus is very good and there is no descrimination inside the campus all students are equal. campus is very diverse and students are from different areas and culture all live together inside campus. For admission student can give university level exam or can direct go threw the admission on the basis of his 12 marks. Also type of government exams are expected.

An overview of ITM University, Gwalior

What I Liked

Structure of the college is great. There are two campus with not a very nice distance between them. Both the campuses are well built and there are several days between designed buildings with names on Great business leaders.
Campus life is great with my numbers. Life is totally awesome. I met many people and those also from Nigeria are studying here, which is great and exposure to global students.

What I didn’t like

I don’t like the faculty very much because I was a victory studious student, all my life, and I did not expected some of the faculty to be not that good with the course knowledge they are providing.
There are some buildings that I don’t like because some times that left does not work properly, and the stairs are too many. Since my classes are on fourth floor, and sometimes it becomes difficult to go that up.

Remarks:

I chose this college because I wanted to continue my studies in Gwalior itself and I Couldn’t go out of my city, so if anyone wants to continue their studies in gwalior. Then Itm University is their best option because it provides you with great placements according to their course and fee structure as well as good opportunities for getting extra curricular certificates and other convocation certificates as well for my admission, I had to go through interview, but that was not a difficult one, and even sometimes they enrol you without taking the interview because you pay the fees and register yourself before the interview. So the interview doesn’t matter or affect your admission very much.
