MPBOU teaches UG courses in arts, commerce, science and professional subjects through ODL mode. Students do not have to attend regular campus classes, and admission depends on their 10+2 marks.

MPBOU UG Selection Criteria 2026

For UG courses, MPBOU checks the marks scored in the 10+2 exam. Students do not need to appear for an entrance exam, interview or counselling round for these programmes.

As an open university, MPBOU does not set a fixed seat limit for most ODL courses. Eligible students are enrolled after their documents are verified.

How to Apply for UG Courses at MPBOU?

• Go to mpbou.mponline.gov.in and open the Admission section.
• Sign up with a valid mobile number and email address.
• Choose the programme, study centre and session, either July or January.
• Enter personal details and academic details in the online form.
• Upload scanned copies of the 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, photograph and signature.
• Pay the application fee of INR 150 through card, net banking or UPI.
• Submit the application and keep the payment receipt safely.

Bhoj University PG Admission 2026

MPBOU PG courses are offered in ODL mode with a minimum study period of 2 years. The university offers PG options in arts, commerce, science and management, and MA, MBA, M.Com and M.Sc admission is given without an entrance test.

MPBOU PG Selection Criteria 2026

PG admission at MPBOU is decided through graduation marks. There is no entrance exam or interview, and enrolment is confirmed after document checking on the MPOnline portal.

• Applicants must have a graduation degree from a recognised university.
• Final-year students can apply, but their enrolment is confirmed only after their results are declared.
• PG students get a minimum completion period of 2 years and a maximum period of 5 years.

How to Apply for PG Courses at MPBOU?

• Visit mpbou.mponline.gov.in and register or log in.
• Select the PG course and session of choice.
• Fill in the form with personal and academic information.
• Upload the graduation certificate, marksheets, photograph and signature.
• Pay the application fee of INR 300 by card, net banking or UPI.
• Submit the form and note the application reference number.

Bhoj University B.Ed, D.El.Ed and M.Ed Admission 2026

MPBOU handles teacher education admission separately from its direct UG and PG courses. B.Ed, D.El.Ed and M.Ed Special Education applicants must take the entrance exam, after which the university releases a merit list and calls selected students for counselling at the assigned centre.

The 2026 counselling process is active for eligible programmes. The next MPBOU B.Ed admission cycle is expected to begin in March 2027 (Tentative).

Important eligibility note: For B.Ed ODL, MPBOU accepts a graduation degree completed in regular face-to-face mode. A distance learning graduation degree is not valid for this B.Ed admission.

MPBOU B.Ed Selection Criteria 2026

MPBOU holds a written entrance exam for B.Ed, D.El.Ed and M.Ed Special Education admission. Entrance marks are used to prepare the merit list, and shortlisted students then complete counselling and document verification at the centre.

• The entrance test is managed through the MPOnline portal.
• The B.Ed entrance exam fee is INR 800.
• The merit list is published on the MPBOU admission portal after the result.
• Selected students pay the tuition fee online before reporting to the study centre.

How to Apply for B.Ed at MPBOU?

• Open mpbou.mponline.gov.in and go to the B.Ed entrance form section.
• Register as a new applicant and fill out the entrance form.
• Select B.Ed ODL, D.El.Ed, B.Ed Special or M.Ed Special.
• Upload the graduation certificate or 10+2 marksheet for D.El.Ed, along with a photograph and signature.
• Pay the entrance examination fee of INR 800 through card, net banking or UPI.
• Download the admit card and take the MPBOU B.Ed entrance examination.
• Check the merit list, pay the fee and report to the centre as per the counselling schedule.

Bhoj University Scholarships 2026

MPBOU has not announced a separate university scholarship scheme. SC, ST, OBC and EWS students can apply for Madhya Pradesh state government scholarships if they meet the rules.

Students can apply through the official MP Scholarship Portal or the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in. At MPBOU, BA starts at INR 2,500 per year and MBA starts at INR 9,000 per year.
