Campus placement or campus recruiting is a program conducted within universities or other educational institutions to provide jobs to students nearing completion of their studies. U can opt for house jobs / Govt jobs after MBBS but majority undertake NEET PG to pursue a specialty. NEET PG has limited seats and some do take drops to reattempt the exam. After a 3-year PG course, u can go for private or Govt jobs.
