Shobhit University Admission Updates
Shobhit University, founded in 2006 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh is a great destination for studies. It has been approved by University Grant Commission (UGC) and accredited by NAAC. The university offers a variety of UG, PG and Ph.D courses. The University has two campuses, the main campus is in Meerut and another one is in Gangoh, UP.
- Admission to all the UG and PG courses will be done through Shobhit University National Entrance Test or SUNET. Admission to some basic courses are also merit-based.
- For B.Tech, apart from SUNET JEE Main score also considers here.
- For M.Tech Gate score is mandatory.
- For Ph.D and M.Phill admissions, the university conducts its own written exam followed by an interview. UGC NET/ GATE/ CSIR NET / GPAT or SLET qualified candidates are exempted from the Ph.D. entrance exam.
- Candidates have to pay INR 1100 as an application fee while submitting their application form either offline or online.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved category such as SC, ST and OBC will get a 5% marks relaxation in qualifying criteria.

Selection Criteria
The University conducts SUNET (Shobhit University National Entrance Test) every year to provide admissions to candidates in B.Tech, BMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery), and B.Pharm courses.
The test is conducted in online mode only and the admissions will be done on the basis of the marks scored in SUNET exam. Candidates also having valid jee score can be selected.
Admission on other UG courses i.e., B.A, B.Sc, B.Ed, BCA will be done on the basis of merit in qualifying exam.

Selection Criteria
The university has different selection criteria for different courses. For MBA, candidates must clear any of the university approved eligibility tests such as CAT/MAT/XAT/SUNET. The intake rank for all the exams mentioned will be decided by the committee members.
For M.Tech, Candidates with a valid GATE score will be given preference for admission.

- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website of Shobhit University
- Now click on - ‘Register Online: Admission Registration Form’.
- Fill the application form with all your details
- Candidates have to pay the application fee of INR 1100 through debit/ credit card or Net banking.
- Upload all the scanned documents like photos, signature, marksheets as proof of age, qualification, and category.
- Application is complete now save the copy or take a printout for future references.
Offline Mode
- Go to the official website and download the application form
- Click on – ‘Download Admission Registration Form’ and take a printout of that
- Fill the application form with all the details mentioned there and send the form by speed post/courier with an application fee of INR 1100 through non-refundable demand draft in favor of Shobhit University Meerut or Shobhit University Gangoh.

Not in actual. Right now there is the criteria of passing the CUET exams for taking admission in this college, but students can also enroll directly into here. As of mine, one of my uncle is an alumni of here, so I got admission here by his reference.

The admission process of Shobhit University is quite simple eligibility is that you have passed in twelfth above sixty percent marks a good character certificate from your school if you are a je aspirant then it is also a good expression towards your admissions and makes it easier The good aspect of my college is that it is a disciplined campus regarding many unwanted activities and student can freely tell teachers if they are having any problem in the campus and teachers resolve the problems as well The thing I dont like is that teachers are no doubt very cooperative but if a teacher gets grudges against you that can affect your internals

The college provides good opportunities but one has to work for them and be active. The admission is based on entrance exams as well as the 12th percentile. There was not an interview but a discussion about the further details.
