Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut is a state university established in 1965. It is recognized by the UGC, and Bar Council of India. It is accredited by the NAAC with a B+ grade. According to the NIRF 2024 reports, the university ranks at #150 out of 200 under the ‘Overall’ category. It offers admission to UG, PG, and Doctoral programs in Engineering, Law, Journalism & Mass Communication, Science, Business, and Humanities. CCS University Meerut admissions are both merit and entrance-based.

CCS Meerut offers admission to B.Tech as its flagship program. The BTech Fee for 2025 is INR 3.25 lakhs. To be eligible for admission, the candidate must have qualified 10+2 with PCM stream with 45% marks (5% marks relaxation for reserved category candidates) from a recognized board. The selection criteria for admission is based on the marks obtained in JEE Main followed by UPTAC counselling.

CCS Meerut also offers admission to the MBA program. The fee for an MBA is INR 1.24 lakhs. To be eligible for admission, the candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. The selection criteria for admission is based on the CUET-PG scores followed by a Counselling session.

As per the CCS Meerut University Placement report for 2024, the final data has not yet been released. However, the placement data for 2023 received the highest package offered was INR 22 LPA, and the average package was INR 5 LPA. The top recruiters were TCS, HCL, Sysko, Flipkart, etc.
